The Florida Keys Bareboat Charter Company's
"Sloop Pagan Charm" is a 26'6" Balboa
sloop,
(Keel draft is
4 feet)
located on the island of Marathon in the
"Heart"
of the fabulous Florida Keys.
This Bareboat charter is for those who want to
sail off the beaten path. With the keel up, you can maneuver between
islands in places no other sailboat can go, and anchor with the sea
turtles and manatees for company.
This Bareboat Charter is ideal for 2 people,
although easily handled by 1 . The boat is equipped with everything you will
want. Just add ice and food, and you're off....
RATES
$550.00 three days
$950.00 one week
$200.00 day sailing
OFF-SEASON RATES
May 1st - December 15th
$399.00 three days
$799.00 one week
OCCUPANCY
There is a
MAXIMUM of four (4) people aboard vessel for day
sailing, and MAXIMUM of two (2) people, if
vessel is out overnight (children included)
NO PETS!
Rates do not include 7.5% Florida
Sales Tax
50% deposit required to reserve boat.
Two day minimum for a reservation.
Signed lease required
All charters begin at 10 a.m. on the first
day of the booked charter, and must be returned fully fueled and
cleaned by 10 a.m. on the last day of the charter.

desire.
Balance of charter fee due
upon arrival.
Security deposit will be an
open signed credit card slip to cover any damages.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations
received 30 or more days prior to scheduled charter, the
deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to
scheduled charter, the deposit will not be refunded, but
may be applied to the balance of any
future charter within 3 years of the cancelled charter
date.
RAIN CHECKS
If we cancel your charter
because of weather, we will refund your money prorated at
a per day rate for the number of days of your charter.
OFF SEASON
CANCELLATION POLICY
May 1st thru December
15th, 2007
We will refund 100% of
your deposit and balance, and provide you with a free
charter of equal length if, while you are here onboard.
we are required to cancel your charter due to tropical
weather. Free charter must be used in off season
within one (1) year of cancellation.
